Personal data that we process
B&B Zazza processes personal data about you as you use our services and/or because you provide us these data. Below an overview of the personal data we process:
- First and last name
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Birthplace
- Address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Other personal information you actively provide, for example to create a profile on our website, in correspondence and by phone
- Location data
Special and / or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service do/does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from a parent or a guardian. However, we cannot check if a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, to prevent data being collected about children without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information without the consent of a minor, please contact us via mail@bbzazza.nl. We will delete that information.
Why do we need data?
B& Zazza processes your personal information for the following purposes:
- The handling of your payment
- Sending our newsletter and/or advertisement brochure
- Being able to call you if this is necessary in order to carry out our services
- To inform you about changes in our services and products
- B & B Zazza also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data that we need for our tax return.
How long do we keep data?
B&B Zazza will keep your personal information for no longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. Our retention period is: 7 years.
Share with others
B&B Zazza doesn’t sell your information to third parties and will only provide information if necessary for the implementation of our agreement with you or to fulfil a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we have a processing agreement to provide the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. B&B Zazza remains responsible for the processing.
Mapping website visit
B&B Zazza uses only technical and functional cookies. And analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. A cookie is a small text file on the first visit to our website that will be stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone. These cookies are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your convenience. They ensure that the website is working properly and, for example remember your preferences. We can use these to optimize our website. You can opt out of cookies by setting your browser in such a way that the browser does not save cookies anymore. Alternatively, you can delete the information stored previously via your browser settings.
View, edit or deleta data
You have the right to see your personal information, to correct or to delete it. You can send a request for inspection, correction or removal to mail@bbzazza.nl. To ensure that the access request has been made by you, please enclose a copy of your ID with the request. We hereby ask you to blacken your passport number and citizen service number (BSN) in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. B&B Zazza will as soon as possible but within four weeks respond to your request.
Security
B&B Zazza takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you have the impression that your data are not properly protected or there is evidence of abuse, please contact our customer service or contact us by mail@bbzazza.nl.
